Our private clinic in Somerton offers short waiting times, comfortable facilities and plenty of parking. We also provide a mobile service for Somerton and surrounding areas.

The service is run and delivered by Christina Fulcher, a registered nurse with 30 years experience and a resident of Somerton. She provides ear wax removal services to GP surgeries across Somerset and is a Practice Nurse at Queen Camel Medical Centre.
Her considerable training, certification and experience means she will also identify medical issues and can refer patients to a GP when necessary.

Microsuction is a modern, quick, gentle and clean method of ear wax removal. It uses a tiny vacuum probe, that's safer, more effective and applicable to more cases than ear irrigation or ear syringing (NICE don't recommend syringing).
Microsuction is carried out with visual monitoring at all times. Somerset Ear Care use high performance hospital-grade 3D optical equipment, never 2D endoscopic mobile phone attachments, ensuring the best and safest outcome for our clients. We also provide clients with the option to see inside their own ears with our video otoscope.
